With reference to your Submission No.1045/

1041 of the 27th August 1926, I am to acquaint you

that you should accept the offer of 376 dollars 45

cents made by the Hong Kong Government in settlement

of the claim preferred against that Government in

respect of the cost of running the 5.5."TUNG ON"

prior to the 25th July, 1925.

This amount should be credited to Vote I,

Sub-lead J.7, appropriations in Aid.
